Windows 10: Chang language Win 11 Home single language

I bought a computer for secondary home use and it seems to have Thai as the system default language. I do live in Thailand but neither speak nor read Thai. But if I try to download the English pack I'm told that I have a single language version of WIndows11 and can only update if I purchase Pro, which I have on my other computerss. Is there any way to change this without going through the expense of buying a new Windows version?

Yes it is possible to change the language on Windows 10 Single Language

Change windows 11 (single language) display language

Single language means you won't be able to change the display language and you could only add new keyboard or language to type but not change the display language of the Windows.

You have to upgrade to Windows 11 Multilanguage or Windows 11 Pro.
