Windows 10: change all sizes

The first 3 or 4 lines of every app and document takes up almost half of my screen. This is the area above the actual document or content. This is not a font size issue. This is the app title, tabs and search lines. How can I modify the size of the actual lines? Thank you

• Select "System".
• You can change the font size here.

Follow the steps to go to Control Panel:

• Type "Control Panel" in the search bar.

can't adjust font size...
