Windows 10: Change computer with a licence key bought in microsoft store

Gooday, The title does not say it all.. here's why :I bought a Windows 11 Home license irl then has entered it in a Windows 11 Home arm64 in a VM in Parrallel desktop for mac Standard, I have then upgraded the Windows licence to pro in the Microsoft Store, so the VM has updated to Win 11 Pro arm64.I now need to move the licence from one VM to another, how would I proceed ?I have tried the method where you go in the Activation page in the Settings, you go in Troubleshoot and in "I changed hardware recently on this computer". But I can't find my second VM. Maybe because it's the same MB and th

I bought a Windows Ten Pro key and it doesn't work...

You must purchase an upgrade key from Microsoft directly if you want to be sure that the new key will work.

Here's how to do it:

1. Open START
2. Type Settings
3. Click Settings or Press Enter
4. Click Activation & Security
5. Click Activation
6. Click Go to Store
7. Purchase Key
8. In Settings enter the new Key if it does not do this automatically
9. Wait for Windows to upgrade
10. Reboot
11. DONE!

Now this particular Computer has a working Windows Pro licence!
