Windows 10: Change Date of Media

I'm extremely frustrated with windows and microsoft. My current most aggravating problem is not being able to edit the date of the information for my videos. It will let me edit the "media created" section and that's it. The issue with that, is it doesn't show up on the file information when you first pull up properties. It still has whatever dates it had before and that is what I want to change. I just want my photos to show the right date in the file properties is that too much to ask.Help please. I've attached screenshots of the process and where it is not working.

Date and Time Year is 3015 and can't change to 2015.

I suggest you to set “Windows Time” service as manual. Follow the steps provided below.

• Press Windows logo Key + R key.
• Type services.msc
• Right click on Windows Time service.
• Select Properties.
• Under startup type drop down, change it to manual.
• Click on Apply button and OK button.

Restart your computer and try to change the date and time and check.

To change the date and time, follow the steps provided below.

• Go to Date and time settings.
• First, turn of the set time automatic.
• Then Click on Change button, under Change date and time.
• Now set the date and time, and then restart the computer and check.

Change modified dates, consecutive, with preview. Suggestions?

The idea is that I have a preview of the file when changing the modified date.
It is a manual change and I take/read it from the file preview.
See below, just as an example.

However, I would like to avoid 1.open file, 2.change modified date, 3. click OK, 4. go to next file
(currently the only way I know),
I seek a tool that has a [Next] button at step 2 (which basically is then the same as step 3, 4 and 1.

Nirsoft offers fine tools, but does not offer file previews AFAIK. BTW They have a more enhanced date changer in bulk file changer.
