Windows 10: Change desktop icon font family

Split from this thread about another issue.Windows 11 is horrible with fonts.I want to be able to change the desktop icon font family, size, and weight! It's MY COMPUTER! NOT MS's!I've been using winareo tweaker to set these options ever since Win11 launched, but after the last updates it no longer works! This is unacceptable!They just need to restore the original font options!I chose Windows because it wasn't a mac, and the more they make it like a mac the more I hate it now.I will not recommend windows 11 while this basic user customization is no longer available!BOOO MICROSOFT!!!!!

Change the font of my desktop icons

Windows 10 make it easier for you to personalize your computer by going to the Settings app. Some options from Control Panel has been moved to the Settings app just to bring all the settings under one roof.

To change your desktop font, you may follow these steps:

• Go to Settings.
  
• Choose Personalization.
  
• Select Themes.
  
• Under Themes, select Theme settings.
  
• On the left pane, click Change desktop icons.

To change the font size of the icons on your desktop, refer to these steps:

• Right-click on your desktop.
  
• Click View.
  
• Select the font size you prefer for your desktop icon.

Desktop Icon Font Change

I installed Windows ten a few days ago and when I check for updates there are none listed so I believe I am up to date. My issue is is specifically with the desktop and the font being used under each desktop icon. I would like to find a way of using
a different font for the purpose of identifying these icons. I used to be able to change the font as well as the size in Windows 7. I have found a way to change the size in W 10 but still have not been able to change the actual font used.
