Windows 10: Change Hebrew UI to Englsih

I changed the UI from English to Hebrew. I can change the keyboard to English. I don't understand the Hebrew Ui to change the UI back to English. Everything is in Hebrew; all the instructions etc. So I can't find Time and Language from Settings since it is all in Hebrew.

Let’s try simple steps and check is this helps. Follow the below step.

  Go to the settings and click on
  Time & Language.
  
• 
  Click on Region & language and click on
  Add a language.
  
• Select Hebrew, let the language pack install, click on the
  Hebrew Language pack and click Set as default.

Segoe UI Hebrew/Arabic characters

I can enter Hebrew characters in the Google search field and they are displayed correctly. For some reasons, I sometimes switch to Bing search, and now I see that I can enter Hebrew characters, but they are displayed as boxes only.

If I remove 'Segoe UI' from font-family css entry, it is displayed correctly, so Segoe UI is missing Hebrew characters on my (German) Windows 10. I can't remember whether this was the case on Windows 7, but I think it wasn't, possibly because Segoe UI wasn't installed on the system.

Korean works, Chinese seems to work (I didn't try all symbols), Japanese seems to work as well. In Arabic there are some characters missing as well (while others are displayed correctly).

Can I get an extended Segoe UI with the missing characters somewhere? How else could I solve the problem?

 

Continuum start menu not displayed correct on hebrew UI

hi,

when i'm connecting my lumia 950XL to the hd500 in hebrew IU i'm getting this start menu.





i installed my phone from scarch and it's still the same

only if i'm in hebrew UI i'm getting this problem.

notice that the start menu button is on the left, but the start menu it self on thr right and not looking so good

when i restored my phone from the recovery software and configure it again i didnt activate the insider again.

i was on english UI and everything was good.

when i transfferd to hebrew then it happend.

is there any solution for this problem?
