Windows 10: Change icon size in File Explorer 22621.2506

Hello guys,got a problem... After the new 22621.2506 update my whole File Explorer, of course, got changed... no big surprise. First of all, anyone maybe knows how to restore the design/ layout of version 22621.2500? I'd like to have that back...Second thing, like mentioned in the title, how can I restore the old file icon size, it looked like that in the first picture. It has a gray box around the file icon:Now that gray box is gone and the full icon gets shown, those updates are driving me insane because everytime something that worked or was fine gets changed... Has anyone got a solution?

Font Size File Explorer Windows 10

• Did you make any changes before the issue started?
• Does it happen only with your File Explorer?
  
• Can you please provide us a screenshot of the item that you want the font or the box to be adjusted?

For the meantime, if you simply want to change the font size, we recommend that you follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + i to open Settings.
  
• In the Settings, choose System -> Display -> Advanced display settings -> Advanced sizing of text and other items.
• In Change only the text size drop-down, choose Icons. Adjust what size you prefer and click Apply.

• Select View.
• Choose Medium icons or Small icons, whichever you prefer more.

• Under Change the size of text, apps, and other items, drag the slider over to 100%.
  
• If the slider is already on 100%, click Advanced display settings.
