Windows 10: Change installed system language win10 Home SL

I bought the store's exhibition model, it shows Win10 home in Spanish.

I checked for other installed languages using command

dism /Online /Get-Packages ¦ findstr /c:"LanguagePack"

6 lines displayed:

Identidad del paquete : Microsoft-windows-Client-LanguagePack-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~

the 1st 3 lines contain ......amd64~en-US ####

the 2nd 3 lines contain ......amd64~es-US ####

#### is just ea long alphanumeric string:

~10.0.18362.1 / .329 / .900 for "en"

~same for "es"


I need to know how to make Win10 using the "en" system language which appears to be installed but not accessible.


I assume the store used Cortana to select the language, obviously Spanish. Had I bought a factory new computer I would have had the choice of selecting the system language English of this "Single Language Win10" unit.

I do not need 2 languages, I need English, not Spanish.


win10 licence is operating! just the SYSTEM language problem needs be solved.

Win10 – Language change Arabic to English

I just bought a 2nd hand laptop by occasion and it has only one problem: the Windows 10 was installed in Arabic language and I need it in English. I do not read/speak Arabic language.
I looked over many YouTube videos in Arabic and English language about how to change the language in Win10. Unfortunately my screens that I see in Arabic language do not match the screens seen in Arabic on YouTube videos/tutorials, so I cannot do a blind click-click and by chance to change it into English.
I can make print screens and then put them in USB stick and upload them here on EE from another PC – that I figure it out.
I do not want to reinstall Win10 from scratch, but of course that is the last option.
Below are the first steps which leaded me to, I hope, Language and Regional Settings in Win10, but where to click further and what to choose?
I really need your guidance in step by step with pictures where shall I click in order to install the English language.
A tutorial in English does not help. I need a tutorial (step by step) in Arabic with pictures.

Follow the steps below.

  Press Windows + Pause Break button.
  
• 
  There you will be able to see whether your system is single language or Multilanguage.
  

If it is Multi-language then you can download the English language and install.

Kindly follow the below steps and check if it helps.

I suggest you to change the Language and date & time settings again. Follow the below steps.

  Open the Start menu and type
  Settings in the search bar.
  
• 
  Click on Time and Language.
  
• 
  Select the Region and Language and make sure that you select
  Country and region to French Guina.
  
• 
  Under the Language click on
  Add a language and download the French language pack.
  
• 
  After the language pack has downloaded, click on
  French language pack and Set as default
  
• 
  Close the settings and Reboot the computer for the changes to take effect.
  

I suggest you to change the time of the system also accordingly for the changes to take effectively.
