Windows 10: Change of e-mail and chance of Microsoft account to be associated with e-mail instead of phone.

Hi,I have two problems I need help with:1. I need to change the e-mail address of my Microsoft account. Normally this would be easy, but I seem to already have created a Microsoft account with this e-mail address. I don't remember it and I don't use it. This e-mail address, however, is what I use on a regular basis. I get the error message that the e-mail address is already taken. 2. When the e-mail address is changed I want to login to my Microsoft account using e-mail address and not phone number.Hope, you can help/Christina

Windows 10 Mail app deleted all my e-mail accounts

The Windows Mail App (The e-mail client that comes with Windows 10) is where I had all my e-mail accounts setup so I just had one place to check them. All of the e-mail accounts that I had added to the client are now gone. When I open the app instead of seeing a list of my e-mail accounts I see the app as it was when I first started to use it.




My e-mail accounts should be listed in the left hand column under Accounts.

 

Replacing Microsoft Account Administor E-Mail Address

Hello,

I recently changed my e-mail address and then logged into my Microsoft account. The administrator account still shows my old e-mail address under my account name. How to I change my old admin account e-mail address with my new e-mail address?
