Windows 10: Change the default browser for opening links in Settings App Windows 10

In the Settings App in Windows 10 there are sometimes some links on the right side which are suggestions to further related topics.When I click on them the default browser is Edge. Is there a way to change it?

Windows 10 sets Microsoft Edge as the default browser for opening web links.
