    Hello. I use a custom theme and I have almost changed all of the system icons besides them. I know I can not directly modify the shell.32.dll in windows 10, so I change the icons in shell32.dll.mui (this way, as I know from personalizations forum, it works) but I do not know exactly the location I need to place the newly modified shell32.dll.mui. I only have one such file in the Windows / system32 / el-gr ( I ve greek language on Windows),but when I change icons it remains the default. Do you know anything about the subject?

    Changing and locking a custom icon to a folder?

    I want to change a few folders icons and fix the icon to the folder so if its moved to other computers the icon wont change is there any way of doing this thanks,

    thanks, well i know how to change a folder icon i just want to know a way i can make it stick permanently so i can more it with out the folder converting back to the default icon.
