Windows 10: Change the text "Your battery is running low"

Hello, I want to change the message from the "Your battery is running low" banner just like in the image, but I don't know what the MUI file that contains "Your battery is running low." and "You might want to plug in your PC."Before anyone says that I shouldn't do this,Don't worry. I created a full copy backup of this session, and I can restore it at any time if something happens.

• On the search box, type Power Options to see the laptop's power plans.
• Click on Change Plan Settings.
• Click on the Change Advanced Power Settings.
• Scroll down and look for Battery.
• Expand it see Low battery notification, turn it on for both
  On battery and Plugged in.

• Search and launch Control Panel using Cortana.
• In the Search Control Panel box, type Power Options.
• Click on Edit power plan.
• Locate and click Change advanced power settings.
• Locate and collapse the Battery category.
• Locate and collapse Low battery notification.
• On battery must be tagged as On.
• If it's already on, locate and increase Low battery level to at least 10%.
