Windows 10: change to local from admin

Hi I bought a computer a like nine month ago. I happen to log in with my School login. Now I'm stuck and I can not use it like mine and I need support from u guys. I contacted my administrator at school and she couldn't do so much because it is not their computer and she could not fix it. I need to get of home organisation to local account instead. she referred me to microsoft support. *** Email address is removed for privacy *** u can contact me via this mail.

Changing the local admin name

Hi guys,

I need some help with my local admin name.

I am handing off my Lenovo T530 to my friend. I have deleted anything personal and only have W10 (20H2) with latest updates left.

I went into the control panel and changed the name of my local admin account to my friends name.

However, when displaying the windows directories -> Users, I still see my name. And more, when i change the password with alt Ctl del I also still see my name.

How can I change both to my friends name?

To further assist you, kindly check if your credentials is set to
Admin. To set your credentials
to Admin, please follow the steps:

• 
  Go to
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Choose
  User Accounts.
  
• 
  Click on
  Change your Account type.
  

If the issue persists, we suggest you to create a
local Account and set it to Administrator. To create a local account, please click this
link and set it as Admin. Use the local account to run the Defragmentation.
