Windows 10: Change windows email

Tried to add an email account outlook to Windows as an alias in order to change my login in email currently hotmail acct, but it says it's already taken. Of course it does because it's mine so it will not take it and the new outlook email does not show as an alias.


How do I replace a Microsoft email account with a now one?

Windows Messenger Confirmation Email

No It didnt appear in my spam box but I updated to Windows live Messenger which sent the confirmation email and also verified windows messenger. Ty everyone for there suggestions
