Windows 10: Change Windows Login from Personal Email to Business Email

I purchased a new laptop for a consulting practice that I was starting. It was not formed when I purchased the laptop. Once the laptop was received and setup using my personal email address I purchased a domain from Microsoft and subscribed to Microsoft 365 Business Basic. When setting up the new domain, etc. on the laptop, I was not able to change the login from my personal account email to my new business account login so I set up a profile for a "work account".When I login to my laptop, all of the accounts associated with my personal email account are recognized on the laptop and

My 2 laptops were setup with a personal email address. Now that I use both for business, I want to change the email to my business email so that they will sync identically with the cloud. One laptop stays in the office the other used on the road.

How can I change the email login without effecting my desktop, folders and files, and programs that are installed?

How to change a personal account login to a business login

Hi Community

I have a new laptop for a new job. Before I recieved my new company email address I used a personal address to setup my laptop. However, now I have two logins for the machine. One for the laptop login and one for 365 and other programs.

So, my question is; how do I change my password? I have tried through sign in preferences but it tells me I cant use a business email address.

Please help????
