Windows 10: Changed all energy settings but PC still goes to lock screen after a certain amount of time

Recently got a new PC and I'm using Laplink to transfer my files which requires the pc to stay on for the entirety of the transfer. I've turned off all screensaver settings, power & sleep settings, lock screen settings, and energy settings, but my PC still autolocks and end up stopping the transfer. Is there something I missed? I didn't touch the "Turn off Hard Disk After ___" setting, is that it? This is the 3rd time my computer autolocked and the transfer had to restart and I'm not sure what to do. Thanks.

Screen goes blank after changing BIOS settings/

I don't know how long this has been happening, a few weeks at least, but whenever I change a setting in my BIOS (and save & exit), my screen goes blank and my monitor goes into standby. Any suggestions to fix this?

lock screen photo, follow these steps:

• 
  Go to
  Settings.
  
• 
  Choose
  Personalization.
  
• 
  On the left side of the screen, click on
  Lock screen.
  
• 
  In the
  Background, change it to
  Picture.

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??
