Windows 10: Changed From Windows 8.1 to 10 issue with videos not working error code 0xc004f011

I changed from windows 8.1 to windows 10 yesterday

I left my computer loading all my files etc. onto my laptop overnight

for the most everything seems to be working ok (I think) the issue I've come across is I'm trying to play videos that were either taken with my Canon DSLR or Olympus Digital camera but it wont play any (these are extremely important files to me (especially the ones of my late Dad and late Friend)

The error code I'm getting is


Cant Play

That is the full message I'm getting on all my videos (Videos that were taken on my phone are working fine as far as I can tell)


please help I really don't want to lose the memories I have taken especially with my dad and friend as its not possible to make any more memories with them

Windows 10 will not activate Error code 0x803F7001


Possibly there can be the problem with Microsoft activation Server, so your Windows 10 is not activated. In this scenario, you need to wait and verify if it is the issue from Microsoft’s side. But if you are getting error code 0x803f7001, you can also try these steps:

1. Open Settings app. Then go to Update and security > Activation screen > Change product.
2. Type your Windows edition product key and click Next.
3. You’ll get We couldn’t activate Windows error message.
4. Retry steps 1-3 then type your 25-characters unique product key.
5. Wait for the process to complete, Windows 10 is activated.

I activated my Windows 10 from product key Windows 7

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
