Windows 10: Changed motherboard, tried troubleshooting to reactivate windows 10 but servers aren't...

This is the message that popped up, have tried again after a few minutes as advised but I'm running into the same problem

Reactivating Windows 10 After Motherboard change (SOLVED)

Hello,

I've just switched motherboards and tried running the troubleshooter to reactivate windows. After clicking hardware change, it loads for a while then pops up saying that the servers are unavailable. I've restarted and checked that my version of windows is
up to date.

Edit: Tried again after a couple of minutes and it reactivated, thanks for replying

However, please let us know:

• What is the error message you receive when you try to activate Windows?
  
• Did Windows 10 come preinstalled on your computer?
  
• Were you using a Microsoft account to login to the computer?
  

Ideally, if Windows 10 comes preinstalled on the computer, the Product key is embedded in the Motherboard. In case Windows is reinstalled on the computer, it should get activated automatically. However, if any hardware changes (such as Motherboard
or hard drive) is done on the computer, Windows will not be able to identify the license.
