Windows 10: Changed my ram and because of blue screens but cannot keep changes to files

Recently I had been getting blue screens with errors that read Memory Management stop code and System Service Error. I took my laptop which is a Lenovo Z-50 to a tech who reinstalled a windows 10 on my system in addition to changing both of my 4 GB Rams to new 8 ones cause the problem continued after changing the windows and he insisted that I have faulty rams I also had him install an SSD drive. I have just gotten home and even though I have not gotten a blue page after 2 hours of working with the laptop in high performance, my laptop still has the problem of being unable to keep the changes I have made to files whether it is a dox file or whether I am saving my progress on a game. I do not get errors that I cannot save the changes everything seems to be working fine and the changes seem to have been made by the laptop up to the point that I decide to restart then whoosh everything is back to the way it had been before as if I had not ever made changes. What is to be done?

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
