My cmd was outputting gibberish in cmd so I searched the internet and someone said to change OEMCP from 437 to 1252 and I did that, after rebooting windows didn't start. Changed registry manually in recovery tools cmd reg add "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Nls\CodePage" /v OEMCP /t REG_SZ /d 437 /fBut this didn't help. I have no regedit backup and I also want to avoid resetting pc.

    :)
