Windows 10: Changed password forgot it and Started safe mode

Good day to who it my concern! Pls sorry on my english, hope will write all understandable.


Few time ago I added t****datelly recognised my product key fr**** was ok.

Opened new Microsoft account for this PC, installed all updates and PC was working just fine. After few time I found that in some ocasions go slower.

Since still had both HDD and SSD on disc, tryed to PC off : disconect old one, HDD. But, always when turn on, get info; pls atach bootable disc etc...

Today started with bit more time too, to try permanently disconect HDD, to have only SSD on PC.

During All, realised that forgot password for microsoft account, and prox 2 or 3 hours ago succesfully changed password. imortant for explain current problem.

On internet as solution of my problem, found that under "msconfig" can stop BOOT question from which hard disc to start OS. Choose to delete option to start OS from HDD.

Tought that this will solve my problem, but still if i remowe HDD from PC, after start of PC, getting info; pls atach bootable disc etc...

Under msconfig i checked "normal setup" and then got again on start up option from which device like to start.

Then I obviously by mistake choose from msconfig to start in "safe mode" without networking.

Here we are come now on my problem:

Now if try to login, OS tells that my PIN is unavailable and need to place password. But there if i place my new password, system tells that it's wrong!

Obviously was on PS still stored old pasword. Now i can't do anything...

On this PC i have installed also other accounts, but none with admin privileges... Right now i am backing upp all important...

Pls help if would be possibille perhaps is here still option where i don't have to delete all and restart instalation?

You need to boot into Safe Mode. Do this by mashing F8 when the computer is starting, right before Windows loads, until you see a bunch of options. Select "Safe Mode". It'll boot into Safe Mode, and bring you to the login screen. At the login screen, go in as "Administrator", and from there go to the control panel. In the control panel, open "users", select the account you forgot the password of, and click "remove password". Restart the computer and all will be well *Smile .

the problem is that i cant logjn the safe mode because i forgot my microsoft password and changed it with the phone but theres no internet in the pc because thats safe mode so the password didnt changed and also in safe mode with network theres no internet
connection not with cable and not with wifi

 

Starting in Safe Mode - Password is not accepted

My suggestion only.

If you have time, please do a Repair Install.
Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade
