Windows 10: Changed pc, need to change pin, can’t cuz i changed my number

Hi! I changed my Pc and it requires me to change the pin to access, but when I try to do that it won’t let me due to my phone number being changed it says it will update on the 19th, but i can not download anything because it requires the pin of the administrator which i need to change so it is a spiral

How to change PIN (Personal Identification Number)?

Hi Roger,

To change your PIN in Windows 10, you may follow the steps below:

• Open Settings (keyboard shortcut: Windows + I) >
  Accounts > Sign-in options.
• Click the Change button under PIN.
• Enter your current PIN; then, enter and confirm the new PIN underneath.
• Tap I forgot my PIN.
• Enter your Microsoft account password; then, set up the
  new Pin.

Changing Pin for Sign In

Hello,

I changed my PIN from a 4 to 6 digit number. I need to change my PIN again to a different number but NOTHING shows up for me to do that. I have followed all the directions to try and change it but PIN is not listed to change or update. Please help.
