Windows 10: changed to windows 10 to windows 11 but windows updates still not working registry for...

my laptop stopped updating when I deleted the registry of update for crack game, it was windows 10 so then I manually updated it to windows 11 but the problem remained, Windows updates doesn't work all the updates are lined up but not being downloaded and installed , showing error encountered. Have tried troubleshooting , using command prompt , also when using command prompt and trying software distribution and system32 code lines access is being denied even though am using it as administrator from an administrator account. I don't know how to repair this problem , please help
