Windows 10: changed vocabulary, spelling, pronouncing, changing passwords UNKNOWN PASSWORD, resets,...

Two days ago my vocabulary changed to an ethnic spelling, pronunciation, slang. The words 'the' to 'tuh', 'I' to 'me', 'kids' to 'keeds', 'wife' to 'wif', etc.

I would receive or send a sentence like this: I have no money right now because my wife and kids spent it on food. This would be transposed to: Me haf no mone rte now cuz me wif an keeds spin it on foods.

This is happening on log on sites mortgage, g-mail, ads, to and from conversations, etc. Many emails from professional sites are receiving applications, etc. in this "Buckwheat/Jamaican phonetically sounding vocabulary. I thought this a joke at first. NOT! I have ran all my security programs, all appear to be fine. I need to get this off my computer before someone is seriously offended and I would NEVER do this. Also, today my passwords started coming up that they were invalid and had been changed hours prior. I did not change my passwords today. I could not gain access to important sites due to a constant "reset password" message for nearly 20 hours. Today I contacted the Vendor via phone and reset my passwords with them this a.m. Just now...Flash notifications. G mail2 account is out of date. I don't have a G mail2 account.


What am I looking for, where do I find it, and how do I fix it?

Password changed. For a second there I was having problems trying to get the "reset password" link to work. Kept giving me error 403.
