Windows 10: Changes To Basic Windows - Online Sites

For nearly the past 3 decades I have been working on Web Sites that honour WW2, in various aspects, local history of both where I grew up and where I now live, I have travelled hundreds of miles taking images as well as collecting images sent to me from all over the world, I have had requests from Governments all over, to copy my work, always agreed, into Armed Forces journals online.

I have images and information that has not been generally known, if at all, and even Top Secret info from WW2. And yet, in the past few months I have seen pages online that have become barely legible. I find myself having to spend hours trawling through hundreds of pages and info trying to remake it legible.

Why? Is Windows now only suitable for specific vistas of view? Is win 10 trying to kill off pc machines and large monitors to suit damn mobile phones? All nearly 30 years of work seems to be going down the black hole of Microsoft 're evaluation' of visuals. I feel at this moment that I have totally wasted my time for nearly 3 decades and would have been better playing online games or walking the dog!!

I am 70.5 years of age and am delighted to share info to whoever wants it. But when I am gone, so will all my hard work. I have incorporated into my sites/pages viewing figures and most have plummeted over the past 2-3 years. Now my question: are mobile phones taking over from pcs? Do they represent the death of the internet as we knew it?

Has my sites, via Microsoft Expression and Filezilla, been a bloody waste of my life?

I remember seeing this here but i can't find it using the search thingy.

A guy posted a web site that had a comprensive list of all Windows update 32&64. I used to have it in my favorites before i formatted my HD.

Does someone know it?

They suggested a sticky for it but they never did.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
