    Changes to keypad function in windows 10.


    During 3 recent updates to my 2013 laptop running windows 10, the function of my keypad Elan pointing device changed. It seemed to work like the trackpads of the latest laptops.I rolled back to a previous driver after each update and stopped all updates until May 20th.Today the same thing has happened despite having cancelled updates.I rolled back the driver again but it has made no difference.Can someone please tell me why this is happening and what to do next? It is very annoying.

    Keypad not functioning correctly in windows 10


    After installing windows 10 home version, my keypad will not work after initial login. The keypad will work to log in and then will not work with any apps. I hope someone has a fix as this is a PITA!

    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
