  1. Changing a New PC to Personal Use

I received new laptop Christmas gift! Dell Latitude 3310 i5 256GB and ran into a snag during setup. The setup asked me for a Microsoft work or school Account. So I entered my Microsoft Account and it glitched with a message

"This doesn't look like a work or school email address. Use another email address or setup Windows with a local account."

Indeed I'm retired, not at work or school. But I did not want to be blocked from using my Microsoft Account to synchronize my email across multiple PC's etc. I called Dell and they said I needed to change Windows 10 to allow "Personal Use". After a little research, I learned that Windows can run in 2 modes: Organization and Personal Use. My new laptop was setup in Organization mode. Dell said their warranty did not cover switching from Organization to Personal Use so they would not help me.

My question is: How can I switch my new PC to "Personal Use". I am in the initial setup and have not gotten Windows to fully run yet.

Thanks for any help you can give.

    :)
