Windows 10: Changing Admin in Win 11 OS

Hello,I currently have an Admin setup which is the connected microsoft account in WIN 11 OS as seen in the first screen shot.I would like to delete this email account d..........@hotmail.co.uk and replace with another microsoft email account n.........@outlook.com as the first account has been disabled by microsoft due to hacking. I added the n......@outlook.com account but d.........@hotmail.co.uk is still the admin account on my PC in WIN11 OS.I can see no way of deleting d..........@hotmail.co.uk and replacing with n.......@outlook.com. Please help, thanks.

You can reset the Admin Password using Windows XP repair; See Here for step by step.

So this is what worked, step by step.

Reboot

Drive is listed as E: in file explorer.

Drive not listed in Disk Management.

Insert DVD, it plays after short pause.

Disk management now shows Audio CD as E:

Right click, change letter to R: (while playing!)

Reboot.

Drive now shows as BD-RE drive as R: in File Explorer.

The bottom line is

- File Explorer does not provide for changing drive letter afics.

- Disk Management seems to need a disk to be in the drive for it to "see" the drive. I can't recall is this is Win 10 behaviour

I don't recall having any difficulty with this in Win 10 (its possible that the Win 10 default drive allocation was "after" my external drives; or I "just changed it").

Cannot access Admin account on Win 11

Hi,

I set up my home surface on Win 11 with an admin email account that was a gmail account. However I have subsequently migrated this gmail email account to a MS small business office 365 account.

The result is when I try to access the admin account on my home Win 11 machine it does not recognise the email / MS personal account, I'm guessing because it's looking for the gmail / MS personal account and that doesn't exist any more?

I can't lift privileges on other emails to admin status because I cant access admin rights to do this. I'm stuck in a loop it appears?

How do I change admin on Win 11 to a different personal email account without Admin control?
