Windows 10: Changing computer sentences from computer language into Enlish words/sentences

My agency has sent me a copy of my CV by email but it is in computer language -symbols/special characters/numbers etc. Almost like Chinese. Is there anyway I can translate this into English words and sentences? I WOULD BE ETERNALLY GRATEFUL IF SOMEBODY COULD HELP - PLEASE.

Sentence Speed In Dictation

Hello all,

I just came back from a year abroad in France - cut short due to corona - and understand that if I don't continue speaking, I will lose the language skills I have. And so, I'm trying to set up the dictation setting where I talk, the microphone picks up
what I'm saying and converts it to text. However, the homework I'm doing in French involves complicated vocabulary and sometimes I have to stop and search for it ; sadly, when I pause to think about the word, the dictation thinks I have finished my sentence
and starts a new one.

For example, my sentence would look somethingLike this, with a new sentence starting because I took a slight pause after saying the word "something". Is there any way to lengthen the time I get to continue with my sentence or do I just have to talk faster?

What exactly is a "Sentence tab"?

When pasting from nonword doc to word doc the sentence tabs default to cut doc meaning I have to adjust each sentence. I know there must be a way to reformat entire paste text so sentence tabs are same as my MS word defaults but I can't find it. Please
help me before I jump out the window.
