Windows 10: Changing dates on photos with wrong dates in Windows 10

I cannot get Windows 10 to let me change the dates on photos that are wrong. I cannot get Photo Gallery or Windows Essentials 2012. I cannot see where I can open a dialoque box that allows me to open up a box for date taken and not date created.

• Right-click the file and select Properties.
• In the image properties, click on the Details tab.
• Change the Date Taken, Click Apply and OK. Refresh your photos if you able to modify the date.

Wow, I just don't get how you can so badly misunderstand! I am talking 1600 photos here, all in a folder that show a year in the future. I am NOT going to go in and change EACH PHOTO INDIVIDUALLY. I want to change the date of the ENTIRE FOLDER! AND I want
to know when Microsoft is going to address this issue. I am not the only one with this problem but ALL the solutions act like it's something that can be addressed on a photo by photo basis instead of it being a gross software issue with Microsoft Photos in
general! So disgusted with the REPEATED suggestions of correcting it photo by photo!

Some of the pictures are showing wrong date (Year showing as 2078) in the Photos app of Windows 10

I tried to find answer thru Microsoft help forum but no use.

Can any one suggest ?
