Windows 10: Changing Device In My Phone App?

So my phone broke, I know, sad. So I had gotten a new device, and now want to connect it to my computer.


Specifically, I went from the Galaxy A70 to the Galaxy A71; in case that's important.


I already had the My Phone App registered for my A70, but since it's broken, I am unable to disconnect it from my computer. I had tried looking through the settings on the My Phone App, even in the devices tab, it says "Choose Primary Device" but gives me no options to do so.


I am wondering how I might be able to access a screen that gives me a QR code to register another device from the app, or if there is a way to reset the My Phone App's settings completely.

Here's the steps to update EMUI 4.1.1 to 5.0 :

• Download the EMUI 5.0(desired version) .zip file, and unzip it.
• Place the .hwt file in the HWThemes folder from your phone.
• Using the Themes app, apply the new theme.
• Restart the phone, in order to see all the new changes.

Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.
