Windows 10: Changing e-mail address

Recently I've come home and since I remember I have a PC with Windows 8.1 not in the best state, but still working I'd want to change the e-mail address linked with the account I have on my PC. I'd also want to change the e-mail address on my Microsoft account. At the same time I don't want to lose data I have on my PC. I have its back-up, but it's good to have original data though. And here are my questions:- if I were to change e-mail on both Windows account and the Microsoft account, on which one should I change the e-mail first?- how to change the e-mail linked to my Windows account so t

I need to clean the e-mail autocomplete address list, you know every time you write an e-mail the phone suggests an address. Like the grey "pop-up" (actually, pop-below), but that is the list I need to clean/delete - So where is it? or how do I clean that
list?

Unauthorized e-mail address change in ISP account

I’ m on Windows 10 Home. I recently found that I was not receiving e-mails, although I could send them. and they were received.

I contacted my ISP with which I have an e-mail account ( Outlook 2007) and they told me that my e-mails ( unbeknownst to me and to them) were being diverted to another address of which I have no knowledge and which I never requested. They cancelled that address and immediately after I started receiving my e-mails.

They are unable to explain why and how my e-mail address was changed for a phony one and on whose request,( somebody must have requested it!) but they refuse to admit the possibility of a security breach in their system, saying that it might be the work of hackers who fished for my e-mail account PW in my computer and were subsequently able to get my ISP change my e-mail address in their system, possibly with a view of intercepting my incoming e-mails.

I am not at all convinced that the problem is not on their side. I’ll probably change ISP, but I am curious to know the possible causes and implications of this , if somebody cares to comment on this.

Deleting BBC e-mail addresses

I have a Windows 7 HTC Radar phone.

Someone sent an e-mail to my Road Runner inbox with 50 BCC addresses.

When I go to send an e-mail now and type the first letter, they now show as possible suggestions on who to e-mail.

How do I remove these so I don't have to cull through to find the people I have listed as my contacts-which is just 12-13.

None of these BCC names are listed in my Hotmail, Outlook, Road Runner, or Windows Live Contact lists on PC
