Windows 10: Changing in my Window version

Hey guys;I need your help, my father's computer had had the license of Window 11 Home edition. I had installed and activated the code for him 9 month ago. But 2 month ago, when he used the computer as usual, the screen appear the words 'activate window', he asked me to check and when I checked, the computer changed to Window 11 Pro version. I asked him did him install the pro version before? but he said he never do that, I know my father, it is very hard to install and activate something. I sent the requested support to Microsoft but Microsoft keep silent until now. I have no idea what happen

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
