Windows 10: Changing "owner" of Windows 10

I am gifting an older laptop to a relative. I have reformatted the hard drive and set up Windows 10 with my own MS account so that I could install a newly-purchased copy of Office, and some Norton security software as part of the gift.I need to learn how to instruct the receiver of the machine on how to change the "ownership" of the machine from my MS account to hers, so that when she activates the new Office and anything else, it will be under her MS account, not mine.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

You could use the command from step 4 in OPTION THREE to change the owner of the directory and contents.
