Windows 10: Changing speed of narrator in Read Aloud function

I am searching for the adjustment for the voice cadence on the, "Read Aloud" setting.

Read Aloud Feature

How do I turn off the Read Aloud function? My typing is constantly interrupted by a popup that says "Read Aloud, Select All or Paste." I have to stop typing and close the box if I'm lucky, but usually the Narrator just starts reading aloud whatever is
on the active screen and the only way to shut him up is to close the screen. This is unacceptable and if not fixable I will have to return computer and go to a Mac. The Narrator is turned off in Narrator, but the problem persists. Please help!

 

Are there any other voices for Narrator in the Ease of Access in Windows 10?

I would suggest you to refer to the below steps to turn off narrator.

• 
  Type ease of access in the search bar and press enter
  
• 
  Click on Narrator and turn off

READ ALOUD setting

Open Start > Settings > Ease of Access > Narrator

Toggle off Narrator and start Narrator automatically.

If you are in Microsoft Edge, right click an empty area in the web browser page

Click Read Aloud

Click the close button when the Read Aloud menu appears
