Windows 10: Changing The Clipboard Shortcut key

I would like to know if there is a way to change the shortcut key to open the clipboard on my laptop keyboard windows 10 for example instead of it being Windows + V the shortcut becomes Alt + V or Ctrl + V etc…

Clipboard History Keyboard Shortcut Issue

Somehow--and I have no idea how--a new keyboard shortcut for the Clipboard History has been added to my computer and I can't figure out how to change it. The standard Win + v works just fine, but now Left Shift + - is also opening up the Clipboard History. This is causing some issues when I need to type an underscore as I would usually use my left shift key with the dash to get it.

How do I remove this randomly added keyboard shortcut?
