Windows 10: Changing the language on a purchased movie - Films & TV

Hi there, looking for a little help with a Microsoft Films & TV purchase. I previously purchased Underworld Evolution through the Microsoft Store but did not see it was French only not happy!. It came up as the five film collection was on sale with both English and French so I bought the collection thinking it would resolve the issue. I've tried deleting and then restoring the purchase but it keeps coming back as French even though it shows both options at the front. If anyone knows of a fix it would be appreciated.

Purchased movie on Film &TV app not working error 0xc101ab66

Purchased a movie through Microsoft store to play on our xbox film and tv app but whenever we try press play it comes up with error 0xc101ab66. Not sure why its not working? The trailer will play but the movie wont.

 

Microsoft Films & TV Not Playing Purchased Content

I've started using Microsoft Films & TV, but I'm not having much luck - When I try to play a purchased movie, the player starts up, but just buffers with the title of the movie in the bottom left corner. After a few minutes of loading, the buffer symbol
stops and the app freezes. It worked fine for the first 24 hours or so.

I've tried multiple suggested solutions already:

• Resetting the app in Settings.
• Uninstalling the app using Windows Powershell.
• Restarting the computer.
• Wifi off and on (both PC side and at the router).

Purchases play fine on my Xbox One S, so I can assume the problem is a local one.

Does anyone know what might be wrong? Any help greatly appreciated!

 

Delete Film from Film & TV app (Windows 10)

Hi,

I have purchased some movies which appear in the Film & TV app in Windows 10. I have also downloaded some free trailers which also appear in the list. How do I delete the free trailers from my list as they clutter up the list & I only want my purchased
movies displayed.
