  1. Changing volume creates large display over screen

This is an issue I had a while back, but I found a fix using the 'edge://flags' page. For some reason, the issue has returned. Every time I change my volume while playing a video, this large box appears beside the volume itself that covers most of the top-left portion of my screen see image.I've looked into it earlier today and found two possible fixes on that 'flags' page, but both of those fix options were missing.Does anybody have a way to get rid of this extra display? I don't want to get rid of the volume slider, just the info box to the right of it.

    :)

  2. How to remove volume display on screen in Windows 10?

    Hi,

The volume display on the screen lets you adjust the volume easily and check the actual volume level. If you wouldn't want to see it on the screen or on the task bar, you can hide it by performing these steps:

    • Right-click on the task bar.
    • Select Settings.
    • Under Notification area, click Turn system icons on or off.
    • Turn off volume.

Feel free to let us know if you need further assistance.

  3. screen display

    Hi William,

It is important that you have the correct screen display and resolution. We suggest that you perform the following steps to reset the monitor settings:

    • Boot your computer in
      safe mode
      .
    • Once in safe mode, right-click the desktop > Screen Resolution.
    • Change the display settings back to the original configuration.
    • Restart your computer.

Feel free to update us on the result.
