Windows 10: changing windows keybinds

Discus and support changing windows keybinds in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; So I got an extra 2 key keyboard wired attachment thing that basically gives me 2 extra keys.     So I got an extra 2 key keyboard wired attachment thing that basically gives me 2 extra keys. Right now those two keys are set to left click and right click, but I wanna change their keybinds to Z and X, how can I change those keybinds for windows 10?

    Keybind for Microsoft Snip tool

    I'm Jin, a fellow Windows 10 user and an independent advisor.

    Unfortunately, there's no native option to change it's keybind to start the Snip. I recommend you send this as suggestion via Feedback Hub app instead:Send feedback to Microsoft with the Feedback Hub app

    Keybind for Microsoft Snip tool

    Is there a way to change the keybind to start the snip from the default to a custom one? I recently switched from Linux to Windows 10 and am disappointed that there doesn't seem to be a way to do this.

    I don't mean how to create a shortcut or keybind that opens the program.

    Thank you for your help. I did a little but more looking and it turnes out the specific keybind i was trying to disable isnt a windows keybind, its for the alt1 toolkit for runescape. Thank you again
