    Hi everyone..
    i had this problem and it's really annoying.. the characters are not showing
    i restarted the pc serval times and tried to reinstall windows twice but nothing happened

    Hi Kim,

    It is possible that you are experiencing this issue due to corrupted Windows system files. For us to effectively assist you, could you tell us when did the issue start?

    If the issue still persists, we advise that you run the System Update Readiness tool
    to resolve Windows corruption errors. If this tool finds a problem, it will try to replace the problematic system files from a cached version that’s on your computer.

    After running the System Update Readiness tool, we suggest running the System File Checker
    tool     to repair missing or corrupted system files on your computer.

    Keep us posted with the results so that we can further help.

    ..Problem Solved:

    i was removing this ""Name: fontdrvhost.exe (Description: Usermode Font Driver Host)"" from the the Task Manager every windows start in order to reduce the use of the memory.. this exe shouldn't be removed.

    Hi kim seungri. Welcome to the Tenforums @kim seungri

    What version and build are you running. Windows Key + R, type winver, enter.

    When you said you did a re-install was this a clean install or a reset keeping files.

    Have you tried a clean boot to see if this is a third party issue?

    Perform a Clean Boot in Windows 10 to Troubleshoot Software Conflicts

    Does this happen in Safe Mode, hold shift down and restart.

    Boot to Advanced Startup Options in Windows 10

    Have you run SFC /scannow

    Saw one fix and it was related to AV. Try uninstalling and testing?

    Have you encountered any problems (like error messages on the screen) while installing a new copy of Windows?

    How do you install the system: using a pendrive, an appropriate Microsoft tool, upgrading Windows 8... ?
