Windows 10: Charge of $99.99 Refund Request

Hello, I am requesting that the recurring charge of $99.99 be rescinded. At the time I did not have an account through my employer but now I do and I have no need for a personal account through Microsoft 365 Personal. This charge has been attempted and blocked several times triggering fraud alerts and I spoke with my bank to let them know that this charge should not go through. However, I recently received an update notifying me that it did. i just find it rediculous that they charge $99 for a one time fix..... $25 i could understand but $99?!?! nah

 

Windows 10 update stall at 99%

When you say 'update to Windows 10 stalling at 99%' are you referring to upgrade to Windows 10 is stuck or unable to update Windows to different builds?

If your upgrade to Windows 10 Is stuck at 99% then refer the link below suggested by

Reques a refund

I requested a refund and a cancellation for my Subscription on June 26, 2023. At that time, the service rep said he could not see the charge on my account (becuase the charge just took place that day). I have not used the product at all and was charged the $99 that day. I would like a refund for the product please.
