Unrecognized credit card charge from Microsoft

I do not recognize this charge on my company credit card. I hardly ever use my card. Can someone explain what this charge is for? Or if it might be fraudulent?

Is there a way to deposit money into an account so I don't keep getting $.99 charges on my credit card statement all the time. I know in Playstaition I can Deposit any amount I want into the account using my credit card and they keep a running balance
for me.

I saw a strange charge on my credit card which says microsoft* microsoft 36 $99.99. I did not make this purchase. Can you help explain if this is a legit charge and provide a receipt? I need to submit my expense report asap. thank you. We don't use Microsoft office at my company.
