Windows 10: Charged for Minecraft Coins that are not showing up in the account

Went in and tried to buy "More Horses" and tried several times because I didn't see any fact that it went through I tried a few times and now it is showing up in bank account though not in Minecraft.

minecraft coins not showing on my account after purchased

Hi I tried to buy Minecraft coins on order #

6495543256 on Feb 2 and again order # 9646288612 ... I received an email confirmation

for both purchases and did not receive any coins on my account. I looked at my account

on my credit card and I was charged for both purchases and I am wondering why my coins did not show up on the account. I am using Minecraft on my PC and version v1.2.9

I purchased a few things but these two transactions didn't show up can you please verify ?If you need to see the copy of my email confirmation please let me know

Minecraft Coins

Hi,

I brought my son minecraft coins on his account. I received the emails confirming the purchase and they also show up as a purchase when I log into the microsoft account but they do not show up in his minecraft game store (tried windows 10 and xbox versions).

Any idea why not?
