Windows 10: Charged twice for a Video rental and need to contact support

Today is 29th April 2020. I was charged twice for the same movie rental from Microsoft Store. I have tried to organize a chat with support but so far I can't contact you. This sucks!!! How do I get a refund of one of those $6.99 charges AND how do I talk to and / or chat with Support if I need to contact support? This system of yours is not very easy ... it sucks!!!

you guys can keep the extra $6.99 charge that belongs to me!!!


By the way you don't have the category that I want to contact you about ie: Microsoft Store so I've gone for potluck and hope that you guys forward it on to the appropriate section.... AGAIN ... your system sucks!!!

1. Download Failure from Microsoft Store.

2. Yes, Microsoft Store Rental through Movies & TV App (??), it is the store. Yes, I rented it.

The link you suggested goes to Sales Support, new to me. The most likely option is "Re-download
product". This option does not apply in this scenario as it allows me to reload past purchases like Visio etc, with no Movie option. My account was correctly charged $0.10 and $0.10 for the rentals listed below.

Again, this is my first time trying to rent a movie online from Microsoft. Did I miss something?

The Error Rental Download is / was an experiment {Mad.Max} }that cost $0.10, money return is not the issue right now.

The Success Rental was Streaming was OK++++++ {Ex Machina} for $0.10

I am more interested in downloading a movie in the future for a rental or purchase than the return of the rental fee of $0.10

Charged twice

Money was removed twice from my PayPal account for the same movie rental. One says authorization and the other says purchase but they both removed 5.75 from my account. What do I do?

 

8800 GTS 512 - Composite/S-Video Out?

Oh thats a bummer. I did a little searching around and it sounds like Nvidia isn't supporting S-Video and Composite in the newer drivers anymore. I would suggest contacting tech support of the company that makes your card (You don't have it listed in your profile) and ask them if it is supported.
