Windows 10: Charger plug out notification

How to set notification for charger plug out in windows 11. Because laptop battery only hold for 10 minutes and suddenly power off. Is there any vbs code avalible for notify? If available please provide for me. Windows 7 i use brightness for notify but windows 11 that option not avalible. So everyone know solution for this problem please tell me.

My battery icon is there anyways showing me that the laptop is charging.

The device is charging as usual, I just don't get the popup notification that comes up as soon as the charger is plugged in or plugged out as it used to do before. I mean the 2-3 second popup notification down low in the middle of the screen saying "Plugged
in Charger" / "On Battery".

Unfortunately none of the options helped me

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

To further help isolate the issue, we also suggest trying another charger on your laptop and see if helps. Sometimes, if the charger is damaged, it can cause performance issues.
