Windows 10: chase bank use of windows explorer

Chase Bank is saying I need to change from windows explorer to a different browser?

I don't want to.

What can windows explorer do about this?

Chase bank started a new system that you don't need to insert your ATM card to deposit or withdraw money but you must download the mobile application to your phone... Chase only supports Apple phones and Androids, so now I have my family and friends unable
to take advantage of this new system. Can Microsoft work with Chase bank so the Windows phone user can use the Chase mobile application. Thanks for your help

Bank of America and Chase stopping their support for windows phone and windows 8.1 apps

Today Chase announced on twitter:

The Chase Support Twitter account is now telling customers that its Windows Phone app, which was removed from the Windows Phone Store in January, will continue to work for anyone who still uses it "until further notice."

The BOA said customers can continue to use the mobile web site. However it appears that Bank of America's mobile website does not work with Internet Explorer 11 on Windows Phones.

Edge on Windows 10 Mobile unable to connect to Chase Bank Website

So after Chase Bank stopped supplying an app for banking on Windows 10 Mobile I just used Edge on my Lumia 950 to log into their website. Things were fine... Until yesterday. Now when I log in it, I get a display from Chase that says I need to upgrade
my browser to access my accounts and statements. It specifically says to use Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, or Safari. Here's a link:

I called Chase's (and I use this term sarcastically) Technical Support. The Analyst (please forgive me for casting aspersions on real Analysts) suggested I download their App. After 10 minutes of assuring
him that they did not offer an App for Windows 10 Mobile he suggested I use Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. After another 10 minutes or so of explaining that none of these are offered for Windows 10 Mobile, I asked for someone to contact me and explain what had
changed. He said he would do that but of course the chances they will follow through are zip or nada, pick the term that suits you.

So, I'm reaching out here to find out if there is anything that I can do to get this to work. Any help appreciated.
