    MICROSOFT AGENT CHAT SESSION.

    To my knowledge the CHAT TRANSCRIPT is not AUTOMATICALLY Downloaded and Saved to your COMPUTER.

    You have to INVOKE this action yourself.

    • When you use it next have a look in the CHAT SESSION WINDOW if it has the OPTION to SAVE THE CHAT to your COMPUTER.
    If the above option does not exist .

    • I would use COPY and PASTE to a NOTE PAD or TEXT DOCUMENT and save it.
    • Use the SNIPPING TOOL in WINDOWS 7 to capture the screen.
    If you use the SNIPPING TOOL read its instructions.

    Start SNIPPING TOOLS.

    You will see a WHITE ? MARK in a small BLUE CIRCLE.

    • Take a SCREEN CAPTURE of the DESKTOP while the SESSION is OPEN.
    WINDOW 7 has the ability.

    There are probably a multitude of other ways as well, as for example some form of App.

    Customer Service Via a Chat Session.

    Greetings Community! I was in a Chat Session with an agent HA HA!!! I installed an app. from the app. store and the app. would not run correctly. So, I contacted an agent via chat. The agent refused to assist me in resolving the problem! Furthermore, the
    agent told me how I should relax and work with her to resolve the problem. I rendered no indication that I was anxious. I expressed frustration. How dare someone to suggest that my disposition was in conflict with the issue!!! I use Apple computers now for
    the past 5 months, and I love Apple! Agents suck!!! From my experiences. I will never support a piece of **** like Bill Gates! I ask the Community, please advise me how to file a complaint about the service that I experienced from the agent? Kind regards,
