Windows 10: CheatEngine Virus???

Hey, nachdem ich CheatEngine heruntergeladen habe, auf der originalen Website hat mir Windows Defender gesagt das ein Virus entdeckt wurde unzwar der hier: PUADlManager:Win32/OfferCore Ich habe dan Windows Defender Offline probiert und dann bei Defender nach geschaut ob er noch da ist aber er ist verschwunden und zu blockierten Apps gerutscht undzwar 2 Mal also dort steht: ''Diese App wurde blockiert'' Und unter dem direkt nochmal ''Diese App wurde blockiert'' Und der Virus stand auf Niedrig. Ich weiss nicht ob ich jetzt meinen PC zurücksetzten soll? Weil es mir so Angst macht das der Virus s
