Windows 10: "Check apps and files", greyed out "This setting is managed by your administrator"

I've been trying to disable "Check apps and files" in windows security, however it's continuously been saying "This setting is managed by your administrator"I've looked at many different articles on how to fix it but none of them have worked.This happens when I use the local admin account Computer Name\Administrator, as well as when I use my domain account which is also a local admin.I've ran sfc and dism, tried configuring regedit and gpedit.msc, to make it work but still nothing.I haven't got any anti-virus software and haven't done anything drastic recently.Best Wishes,Jesse Ogunlaja

I created a new users profile as per your advise but the issue persist.

Still cannot configure and the systems says ;\"this setting is managed by your admin" Does not make sense.

Any other suggestion is welcome

"check apps and files" options greyed out - Managed by Administrator

The "Check apps and files" is greyed out & showing message that it is managed by administrator, though I am logged in as the administrator user. I want it disabled. Thanks.
