Windows 10: check key status actived or not

Hello Microsoft!,


I bought a license key of Windows 10 Pro, so how can i check that key was been actived or not without input key direct to PC?

2. Which edition of Windows are you trying to activate?

Step 1: Check the Status of the Windows Activation

1. Open the Run command (Windows Key + R Key)
   
2. Type in ‘Control system’ and hit ‘Enter’.
   
3. Check the status.
   
4. Let us if you see ‘Windows is activated’ on System Properties Window.
   
   
   

If the Windows is not activated, try to activate with the product key.

Windows product key is a 25-character code used to activate Windows



Step 2: Activate with the Windows 10 product key

1. Open the run command (Windows key + R Key)
   
2. Type in “Slui 3” and click on ‘Activate’ and then check the status of issue.

How to activate the Windows after uninstalling Product key

Hi,

Thank you for coming back to us with the information.

Based on your description, I would suggest you to check the status of the Windows activation. If you see the status on the Windows is activated, your Windows 10 is activated on your system. Since, you have upgraded from Windows 8 to Windows 10, the
Windows is activated through the digital entitlement.

  Type activation on the Windows search bar.
  
• 
  Select Activation and check if Windows is activated.
  

Incase if you see Windows is not activated, you might have to do it by phone. Follow the below steps to activate the Windows by phone.

  Press Windows key + X and click on
  Run,
  
• 
  Type slui 4 in the box and hit Enter Key.
  
• 
  Select your 'Country' from the list.
  
• 
  Choose the 'Phone Activation' option.
  
• 
  Stay on the phone and wait for a person to help you.
  
• 
  And also you can explain your problem clearly to the support person.

win 7 oem to win 10 free upgrade, install wants key. win 7 key does not work.

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Press “Windows key + R” and type “slui 4” and press Enter.
• Select the Region from the list and click Next.
• Call the Toll-Free number provided on top and can activate via phone.
